By-Laws

Article I

Any non-elected member of NAHRAMS who is six (6) consecutive meetings behind in his dues and attendance will be dropped from membership.

Article II Executive Board

Section 1
    The executive board is a special administrative committee consisting of all the elected section officers and the chairmen of the standing committees. The chairman of the Board is the section Senior Advisor. The Board meets immediately before or after the first regular section meeting of every month. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the Senior Advisor provided all Board members are properly notified. Section members are welcome to attend any Board meeting.

    A quorum consists of six Executive Board members.

    The purpose of the Board is to allow the exchange of information and ideas concerning the co-ordination of the duties of the committees and officers. The Board also decides administrative policy.

Section 2
    Administrative policies are decisions as to how the section will organize and execute its purposes. All policy decisions must be ratified by the section members. Each policy decision must be presented for ratification as a privileged motion at the next regular section meeting after the decision is made.
